Terraine | West Jordan, UT

Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We’re looking for an Ambassador to join our team at Terraine, a new home community in the West Bench featuring single-family homes, townhomes, trails, amenities, and thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage connection with both neighbors and the surrounding natural environment.
In this role, you’ll help introduce prospective homebuyers and visitors to the Terraine lifestyle, share accurate information about the community and its amenities, and create a warm, welcoming experience at the sales center.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing community from the beginning while helping visitors discover what makes Terraine a special place to call home.
If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to meet you.
