What You'll Do
- Direct branch operations for production, sales, maintenance, quality, shipping, and receiving
- Direct and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
- Control and minimize labor overtime
- P&L responsibility for the branch
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of general management experience in manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
