Bartender

Job Responsibilities

• Lead bartenders during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle cash, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily receipts.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional guest service.
• Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Demonstrate and promote Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must meet the legal drinking age requirements in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
