Main Responsibilities:

One of the things that makes a new graduate position at ACCIONA unique is the opportunity to gain real-world experience on major infrastructure projects and see how different teams and disciplines come together to deliver them.

Depending on your role and project, you could find yourself working in construction and project delivery, technical or engineering areas, systems, corporate or functional roles, and many other areas that support the delivery of major infrastructure.

Your experience will be shaped by your role, your team and the project you join. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, build practical skills, make connections and gain a better understanding of the different career paths available within the infrastructure industry.

We’re looking for recent graduates who are ready to continue their education in the field, and want to get involved and make an impact. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we care about your mindset, your willingness to learn and what you bring to the team.

This role offers a base salary of $76,500, along with additional programs and benefits, including:

• 4 weeks paid vacation

• Employer-paid health benefits including health spending account  

• Eligible for our annual Bonus program, up to 5% of your base salary

• Eligible for our RRSP-matching program after 6 months of continuous employment with ACCIONA.
