Digital Operation Solution Project Manager

In this frame, the jobholder will be responsible for performing the following main activities on time, on cost and on quality:

• Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

• Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).

• Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.

• Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.

• Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.

• Consultant to the business concerning Maintenance activities, Fleet Management and Flight Operations of Digital with respect to possible optimizations and customizations in respective tools or introduction of new tools to support the business processes in the best way

When a new release/project is launched, the jobholder will contribute carrying out the following tasks:

• Participating with the customer in the requirement definition,

• Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalities.

• Assisting the development team in preparing customer documentation and training,

• Preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to the subject product or service,

• Ensuring the training to the Help Desk,

• Organizing the training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will be focus on supporting the definition, development and deployment for Maintenance / Maintenance engineering and Fleet Management Systems including its evolutions 

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining the necessary means in order to provide the best level of service for customers,

• Ensuring a good interface with the customers, and development teams.

• Defining integrated solution, including aircraft when it is needed.

• Developing functional analysis.

• Anticipate potential problems by means of a deep testing definition and execution.

• Correctly and rapidly analyzing the customer queries so that you can find the solution yourself or transfer the case to the right people,

• Correctly assessing the severity of problems (for prioritization when needed),

• Applying the correct support procedures and propose improvements.

• Identifying ideas for growing or reducing cost 

• For Digital projects

• Providing end-to-end business project management throughout the project life cycle methodology

• Scoping of digital projects with internal or external customers, understanding their individual requirements and creating accurate documentation (BRD,s) including rapid demonstrators applications

• Production of appropriate business documentation in support of projects including plans, risks, requirement specification dossier, budgets and external communications

• Organizing the user testing and guarantying the quality of delivery to client

• Write periodical business project report

SKILLS

• Experience: At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Engineering,...

• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.

• Languages: Advanced level in English.

• Technical knowledge: programming in C#, advanced level of CATIA,… 

Position could involve travelling.
