WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;
- Administer US employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and leave programs.
- Manage benefit enrollments, eligibility changes, life events, terminations, and other employee status changes, ensuring accurate records across HRIS and vendor systems.
- Support annual open enrollment, including planning, system testing, communications, and execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with benefit providers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
- Partner with Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate deductions, contributions, data, and system processes.
- Administer employee leaves, including FMLA, medical, family, disability, and other statutory and company-sponsored leaves.
- Support employees, managers, and HR teams with benefit and leave inquiries, resolving more complex issues as needed.
- Monitor US federal, state, and local benefit and leave regulations and support compliance, audits, reporting, and required filings.
- Analyze benefits and leave data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve programs and processes.
- Support benchmarking, program enhancements, and total rewards initiatives.
- Develop clear employee communications and resources to help employees understand and make the most of their benefits.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience administering US employee benefits and leave programs.
- Strong knowledge of US health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, leave administration, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and payroll interfaces.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
- 5-10% travel to the US.
