At St. Joseph's Health, our leaders play a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality patient care across the organization. As an RN Supervisor in the Capacity Management Hub, you will serve as a key operational and clinical leader, coordinating patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation while supporting frontline teams and hospital leadership throughout the night shift.

What You'll Do
Coordinate hospital-wide patient flow, admissions, transfers, and bed placement to optimize capacity and support safe patient care.
Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure appropriate nursing coverage across the organization.
Provide administrative and clinical leadership during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Serve as a resource and support for nursing staff, managers, directors, physicians, and executive leadership.
Respond to urgent and emergent situations, coordinating personnel and resources as needed.
Conduct leadership rounds and maintain a visible presence throughout the organization.
Participate in direct patient care activities as needed to support unit operations and patient care delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
Three to five years of progressive nursing leadership experience required.
Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Schedule: Full-time 12 hour Nights

Compensation: Pay Range: $39.45 -$59.20
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
