주요 업무 및 책임:
- 글로벌/사이트 환경안전보건 정책에 기반하여 안전하게 업무 수행
- 비지니스의 요구사항에 따라 제품의 높은 품질 수준을 맞추기 위해 공정 운전과 문서 작업을 수행
- 정해진 OLED 생산 공정 운전 규정 및 절차에 기반하여 프로세스 운전 업무 수행
- 공정 셋업, 간단한 설비 정비, 그리고 문제 해결과정에 참여 및 도움
- OLED재료 생산 공정에 정해진 프로세스 제어 계획을 수행
- 업무 수행 시 취급하는 특정 화학 물질들의 특성을 정확히 이해
- 화학 물질 제조 업무 수행을 위해 OLED 생산 공정, 안전 기술, 화학 교육에 참여
- 공정 업무지역에 대한 주기적인 청결 상태 유지
- 장비 및 시설을 관리하고 성능 및 용량이 생산 요구사항에 충족하는 지 확인
- 설비팀과 함께 장비 예방 유지 관리 일정의 관리 및 수행
- 할당된 작업에서 효율적으로 업무 진행
필요한 요구사항:
- 고등학교 이상 졸업자
- 엑셀, 워드, WebMOC, WebEDMS 등의 활용 가능자
- 클린룸 내 또는 외부에서의 현장 작업 가능자
- 우수한 대인 관계 능력
- 교대 근무 및 주말 근무 가능자
- 우수한 서면 및 구두 의사 소통 기술 능력 보유자
- 제조 공정, 생산 절차, EHS 절차에 대한 지식 보유자
- 여러가지 업무에 대한 동시 수행 능력, 문제 해결 능력, 그리고 시간 관리 능력 보유자
- 화학 공장 혹은 제조 공장 업무 경험자 우대
