The team operates during night hours to maintain store exteriors using power washing equipment. What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, ensuring all tools and disposables are stocked and functional.
• Evaluate surfaces to determine appropriate pressure and temperature settings for effective cleaning.
• Clean various exterior surfaces including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and trash chutes.
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment, addressing normal wear and repairs.
• Respond to work orders promptly using technology to document and track tasks.
• Communicate professionally with facility users to resolve issues and provide customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines consistently.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance checks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and collaborate with facility users.
• Capability to assess cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure and temperature settings.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in using technology to complete work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to operate corporate vehicles responsibly.
• Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and dedication to quality and timely task completion.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
