Seasonal Replenisher Lift Truck Operator (LTO)

Position Overview

 

Move material throughout the Fulfillment Center process to ensure continual flow for processes and shipment of orders.

 

This is a seasonal position that will tentatively end January 1, 2027.

 

 

Position Details

Work Environment:

What You’ll Do: 

• Utilize RF equipment to accurately and efficiently restock primary and special picking bins from the replenishment staging area.
• Monitor and replenish from primary overflows.
• Utilize RF equipment to put away returns to the primary and special picking bins.
• Utilize RF equipment to perform receipt of product from vendors.
• Crush cardboard as needed.
• Assist in all functional areas as needed to meet the demands of the customer and the operational budget goals.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Required + Preferred Education & Experience

  Required + Preferred Education: High School Diploma

  Area of Study: General

  Equivalent work experience will be considered.

  Years of Experience: 1+

  Years of Management Experience: None

  • Accuracy in moving correct product throughout facility required.
  • Able to prioritize workloads to ensure timely movement of product.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. 

Environmental Factors:

• Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.
• Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.
• Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
• Moderate warehouse noise level.
• Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
• Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.
• The ability to walk long distances
• The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day
• The ability to either stand for long periods of time
• The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
• Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions

Position Compensation Outline 

Compensation Range: $19.50/hour.

 

Compensation listed is for the full-time position at this specific location and is based on several factors, including experience, and qualifications. Benefits and perks may have eligibility requirements and are subject to change.$19.50
