What You'll Do:
As an Account Strategist Intern, you will support our Retail Media DACH team in managing and growing relationships with advertisers and agencies. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, client services, and business growth initiatives.
Supporting the Account Strategy team with a portfolio of retail and eCommerce advertisers across various industries
Monitoring, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance to clients and media agencies
Investigating campaign issues and troubleshooting alongside Campaign Management and Technical Solutions teams to deliver effective solutions
Assisting the Account Strategy team in identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts
Managing administrative tasks, including the creation of insertion orders (IOs), tickets, and campaign-related documentation
Improving internal tools and processes through automation and workflow optimization initiatives
Building compelling client case studies by gathering insights, performance data, and success stories
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help drive operational excellence and client success
Who You Are:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and available for a full-time, 6-month internship based in Munich or Düsseldorf
Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English in a professional environment
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in client-facing roles, advertising, digital media, eCommerce, or a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into recommendations
Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Good communication and relationship-building skills, to collaborate with both clients and internal stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
