This role is remote-based and requires working hours aligned with the EMEA region.
About This Role:
The PR and Social Marketing Coordinator will support Forrester’s global PR and social team in executing impactful communications initiatives. In this entry-level role, the successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the team, manage daily admin tasks, assist in the coordination and delivery of key PR and social media campaigns, and help drive activities that elevate Forrester’s brand presence across global markets.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations, social media strategy, content coordination, media monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, global marketing team.
Job Description:
Build and maintain targeted media lists and monitor media coverage across key markets.
Manage incoming media enquiries and support the day-to-day operations of the press office.
Draft content, including media pitches, media alerts, and press releases.
Monitor the daily news cycle, identify and curate relevant media stories, and flag to the team.
Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across corporate channels.
Support the day-to-day management of Forrester’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Sprout Employee Advocacy.
Assist with campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting to measure PR and social performance.
Job Requirements:
Experience in PR, communications, public relations, or social media marketing.
Fluent written and spoken English.
An interest in technology, marketing, and emerging industry trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Basic knowledge and comfort with using AI tools is a must.
Flexibility to work EMEA hours and join NA (East Coast hours) team meetings.
