£15.00 per hour

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, Overtime Available

Temporary with potential to be made Permanent after 12 successful weeks

 

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role involving production, quality control and dispatch.

You will need to be comfortable with manual work and being on your feet throughout the day. Good communication skills, attention to detail and a professional manner are essential, as you will also have contact with customers and visitors. Progression is also available as the company expands.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production and manufacturing duties.
• Complete quality control checks and maintain high standards.
• Support the dispatch operation, including preparing and checking orders.
• Use WMS, EPOS and laptop systems to manage orders and stock.
• Meet and greet customers and visitors professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail.
• Follow Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Keep the production and dispatch areas clean and organised.
• Support other areas of the business when required.

 

About You

• Previous production, manufacturing or dispatch experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable with manual work and being on your feet all day.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Confident using computers, WMS and EPOS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Professional and confident when dealing with customers.
• Flexible and happy working in a small, close-knit team.
