In this role, you'll have the chance to identify, attract, and hire top talents for mid-level to senior-level position across Europe. You will build strong relationships with your business leaders and P&O colleagues and other cross-functional teams to find key talents that align with Zentiva's unique culture and requirements.

Role responsibilities:
Building Relationships and Acting as a Trusted Consultant:
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers, deeply understanding their team dynamics and key requirements to ensure the identification of top-tier talent.
- Take initiative in setting and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, timelines, and effective communication strategies for a seamless hiring experience.
- Provide expert-level insights into job and talent markets, leveraging your extensive knowledge of trends and talent supply to advise hiring managers on the best strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Engage in discussions about future talent needs and understand the recruitment landscape for specific groups, developing talent acquisition strategies that align with and anticipate future hiring demands.
Being an Expert in Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and passive candidate sourcing, combined with advanced executive search technics and data-driven sourcing and recruitment approaches, to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations. Build strategic shortlists of highly qualified candidates that align with the company talent needs and organizational goals
- Lead the full recruitment process, including identifying job requirements, sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, leading candidate debriefs with the interview panel, organizing and debriefing candidate assessments, and ultimately guiding candidate selection.
- Provide expert recommendations for offer proposals to secure top-tier talent, aligning with Zentiva's compensation structures
Leading Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies and programs to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness (e.g. Employer Branding, University Relations, DE&I,…)
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment practices and strategies. Leverage insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that Zentiva remains competitive in the talent market.
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in corporate multinational environments and/or recruitment agencies, with a proven track record of filling high-impact roles
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory
- Expertise in leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes
- Experience in enhancing employer brand presence and talent attraction initiatives
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in ATS systems, particularly Workday or similar platforms
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and engaging personality
