Membership Sales Consultant

Fitometry Health Club is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a premium fitness club focused on helping members achieve better outcomes through personalized guidance, fitness, training, recovery, technology, and accountability.The RoleThis is a consultative sales position. You'll manage prospective members from initial inquiry through enrollment by:Responding quickly to new leads and inquiriesConducting outbound calls, texts, and consistent follow-upAsking thoughtful questions to uncover goals, challenges, and motivationsConducting personalized club toursPresenting Fitometry solutions based on each prospect's needsConfidently asking for the sale and overcoming objectionsManaging appointments, follow-up, and pipeline activity in our CRMAchieving individual sales and activity goalsWho We're Looking ForYou are:Personable, confident, and comfortable engaging new peopleA strong listener who asks great questionsCompetitive, motivated, and goal-orientedComfortable with outbound calling and persistent follow-upOrganized and disciplinedCoachable and receptive to feedbackProfessional in communication and appearanceComfortable asking for the business and closing salesPrevious sales experience is preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury services,  personal training, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is a plus. Fitness industry experience is not required.
