About the role
As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. You will play a key role in monitoring patient health, educating patients and families, coordinating care, and ensuring safe and effective dialysis treatments.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships, providing patient education, and developing expertise in a specialized area of nursing.

Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements
Preferred
One year of RN experience
Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $33.00–$50.00/hour (based on experience, location, skills, and qualifications)
