The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner role is based in New Century, Kansas office and the expectation is that this would be a hybrid role, requiring minimum of 3 days/week on-site.

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies that support long-term business success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and business performance.
- Develop and implement workforce plans that align talent capabilities with current and future business needs.
- Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, performance management discussions, and employment terminations.
- Lead, develop, and mentor HR professional(s), fostering high performance and capability growth to meet evolving business needs.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, communication planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning discussions, leadership development efforts, and retention strategies to strengthen organizational capability.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support hiring strategies, critical talent needs, internal mobility, and succession planning efforts.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, Human Resources Operations, and Human Resources Shared Services to deliver integrated Human Resources solutions and ensure compliance with applicable employment requirements.
- Utilize workforce analytics and talent metrics to identify trends, support business decision-making, and maintain Human Resources data integrity and reporting accuracy.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, or in a related Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute workforce, organizational, and talent strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and coaching HR professionals to drive talent strategies and business outcomes.
- Experience supporting employee relations investigations, corrective action processes, and performance management programs.
- Proven ability to lead organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention strategies.
- Experience supporting multiple sites, geographically dispersed teams, or complex business organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce data and talent metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience supporting executives, manufacturing, food ingredients, biotechnology, specialty chemical, or other industrial operations environments.
- Professional certification such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources.
- Experience leading significant organizational change, culture transformation, or enterprise talent initiatives across multiple locations.

The salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000 base salary, depending on candidate experience and relevancy to the position and other factors determined by the hiring team in their decision.
For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is currently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
