Description
Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce. We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.
Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance who can own campaigns end to end and turn performance data into decisions, not just reports. This is the right role for someone who has already built a foundation in paid media, email, and marketing ops and is ready to run programs independently, manage a contractor, and shape strategy alongside the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.
The right candidate treats ambiguity as normal, brings structure to it, and is comfortable owning a channel or program from planning through execution through analysis. You'll sit on the Growth Marketing team, which has direct accountability to lead and pipeline targets, and work in lockstep with Partnerships, Content, Brand, and Events to bring programs to life.
What You'll Own
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, and landing pages, owning results against pipeline and lead targets
- Manage day-to-day execution of HubSpot campaigns including landing pages, forms, email nurture sequences, and workflow logic
- Own HubSpot data integrity: lead and deal data accuracy, attribution hygiene, and reporting that the team can trust
- Manage relationships with agencies and contractors for creative and paid media, from briefing through asset delivery
- Direct the creation of email and ad copy, using AI tools like Claude alongside the content team, and set the quality bar for what goes out
- Build and present weekly and monthly performance reporting, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership, not just numbers
- Partner with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing on channel strategy, budget allocation, and testing roadmaps
- Bring a point of view on what's working and what to cut, backed by data
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in a startup or fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, reporting, and campaign builds
- Proven experience owning paid media, email marketing, or conversion rate optimization as a primary responsibility, not just a supporting task
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report or contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Experience with project management tools like Asana
- Experience using AI to speed up processes and automate tasks
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Claude
- Strong grasp of marketing funnels and KPIs like CPL, pipeline, and revenue, and the ability to explain what's driving them
- Comfort working with imperfect data and improving it rather than waiting for someone else to fix it
What Levanta Offers:
- A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
- A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
- Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
