The Client Services Administrator coordinates the day-to-day administration of a major account’s Managed Print Services program, serving as a key point of contact for customers, ISS, technicians, vendors, and delivery partners. This role manages service requests, device and supply activity, equipment changes, deliveries, and customer communication to help keep the print environment running smoothly.
The role uses service-management, print-management, inventory, and communication tools to maintain accurate records, coordinate field service activity, monitor equipment and supply deliveries, and provide responsive customer support.
This role will be onsite at our Parsippany, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for major account customers and ISS, responding promptly to MPS questions, service requests, equipment needs, toner and supply matters, deliveries, and status updates.
- Coordinate service requirements between customers, technicians, ISS, and internal teams while documenting updates and following up on outstanding issues through resolution.
- Use PrintAudit, MyPrintManager, and applicable systems to monitor print devices, maintain current records, track meter and supply information, and identify issues requiring attention.
- Manage HP device registrations, deployments, relocations, replacements, retirements, removals, and related system updates across major account facilities.
- Use eAutomate to enter and manage service calls, coordinate technician assignments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation of technician activity and service requirements.
- Track MPS supply and equipment shipments, monitor deliveries, investigate delayed or missing items, provide Proof of Delivery documentation, and maintain related records.
- Prepare daily automatic toner and supply shipments, process additional supply requests, coordinate delivery to major account locations, and monitor supply needs to prevent printing interruptions.
The Client Services Administrator ensures customer requests are accurately captured, communicated, tracked, and resolved while maintaining accurate device and service records. The position plays an important role in keeping the major account’s print environment operational by coordinating technicians, managing HP device changes, processing toner requests, distributing automatic shipments, and resolving delivery issues.

- Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining equipment, service, and shipment records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to learn and effectively use multiple software applications and databases.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
The typical base salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $50,000. The offered salary will depend on experience and/or education.
