How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Senior Network Administrator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and supporting Epsilon's global network infrastructure by ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of our production network environments across multiple datacenters and cloud platforms. You'll be part of a passionate team of network professionals responsible for the operational support of complex network technologies, using your expertise in routing, switching, load balancing, network security, and cloud networking to provide world-class 24x7x365 operational support.
Your work will directly influence the reliability and operational excellence of our internal and edge Internet/peering infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with Network Engineering, Network Delivery, Security, Cloud Engineering, vendors, and business partners to ensure services are delivered consistently while maintaining operational standards and protocols.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced operational support for network services, tools, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex network issues across LAN, WAN, Cloud, Internet, and routing technologies.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for Network Operations and provide leadership during major incidents and service disruptions.
- Monitor and maintain network availability, performance, and capacity across production environments using enterprise monitoring platforms and operational dashboards.
- Perform configuration management, software upgrades, maintenance activities, and operational changes while adhering to change management processes and operational standards.
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud networking technologies using Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering and Delivery teams to successfully transition new services and technologies into production support.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures to improve service reliability and reduce operational risk.
- Use automation tools and scripting languages to improve operational efficiencies and reduce manual processes.
- Support network monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms to provide proactive identification and remediation of service issues.
- Perform vulnerability remediation activities and support security initiatives across network and cloud environments.
- Participate in disaster recovery testing, maintenance activities, and operational readiness exercises.
- Continuously assess operational processes and find opportunities to improve service delivery through automation, standardization, and best practices.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define operational requirements and support strategic infrastructure initiatives.
- Mentor junior administrators and engineers while promoting operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring with you:
- 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale, high-performance production network environments.
- Deep expertise supporting WAN and routing topologies, datacenter switching architectures, firewall technologies, and traffic management platforms.
- Demonstrable experience supporting secure hybrid multi-cloud environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure networking services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network, operating system, and application layers.
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including Ethernet (10/40/100/400Gbps), OSPF, BGP, IPSec, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, LACP, IPv6, TCP, and Spanning Tree technologies.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking platforms including Cisco Catalyst and Nexus, Dell Force10, Arista, Citrix NetScaler, and F5 BIG-IP technologies.
- Expertise supporting traditional and next-generation firewall technologies using Cisco and Palo Alto Networks solutions.
- Proficiency with network monitoring and management platforms including SolarWinds NPM/NCM, ExtraHop, NetBrain, Panorama, and AlgoSec.
- Experience supporting cloud networking services including DNS, load balancers, CDNs, VPCs, subnets, security groups, and cloud connectivity solutions.
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies including Terraform, Ansible, Python, or similar automation frameworks.
- Good communication skills with the ability to document troubleshooting procedures, operational standards, and technical solutions effectively.
- Good understanding of security frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational issues through resolution with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrable experience leading incident response activities and conducting root cause analysis across complex distributed environments.
- Familiarity with observability platforms, dashboard creation, capacity planning, and actionable alerting strategies.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions across multi-functional teams.
- Certifications from major cloud platforms, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, or other industry-recognized technologies are preferred.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and provide after-hours operational support as required.
