  REHAB DIRECTOR (PT/PTA/OTR/OTA) – FULL-TIME

Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Adrian, Missouri. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a licensed PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, and providing exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team
• Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver outstanding resident care
• Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service
• Build a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
