Description
Integriti is looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) Administrator to take full ownership of our GHL platform. This role starts with a thorough audit of our current setup, moves into rebuilding and properly configuring the system, oversees a clean implementation, and then transitions into ongoing data management, maintenance, and administration. We need someone who can walk in, diagnose what's broken or inefficient, fix it, and then keep it running smoothly long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 — Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing GHL account, including pipelines, workflows, automations, funnels, calendars, forms, integrations, custom fields, tags, and user permissions. Document what's working, what's broken, what's redundant, and what's missing, and deliver a clear findings report with prioritized recommendations.
Phase 2 — Configuration: Rebuild and properly configure pipelines, workflows, automations, triggers, campaigns, funnels/websites, calendars, forms/surveys, custom values, tags, and custom fields to match our sales and operational processes. Set up proper user roles, permissions, and team structures. Configure integrations with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, calendars, email/SMS providers, Zapier/Make, or other CRMs) as needed.
Phase 3 — Implementation: Manage the rollout of the reconfigured system, including data migration and cleanup, testing workflows and automations end-to-end before go-live, coordinating with stakeholders on any process changes, and training internal team members on how to use the platform correctly.
Phase 4 — Ongoing Data Management & Administration: Keep contact, lead, and pipeline data accurate, deduplicated, and up to date on a regular basis. Monitor automations and workflows for errors or breakages and fix them proactively. Maintain data hygiene practices (tagging conventions, custom field consistency, list segmentation). Manage user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding within GHL. Generate and maintain reporting/dashboards on pipeline health, campaign performance, and lead flow. Stay current on GHL feature updates and recommend improvements or new use cases. Serve as the internal point of contact for any GHL-related questions, troubleshooting, or feature requests from other teams.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel in a business setting (not just as an end-user), including building and troubleshooting workflows, automations, pipelines, and funnels. Solid understanding of CRM data structure and hygiene practices, including deduplication, tagging, and segmentation. Experience with integrations (Zapier, Make, or native GHL integrations) and API-level troubleshooting is a plus. Strong attention to detail and comfort auditing an existing system to find gaps or inefficiencies. Ability to work independently, document findings clearly, and communicate technical changes to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with sales/marketing operations concepts (lead lifecycle, funnels, nurture sequences).
Preferred Qualifications
GHL certification(s) or agency-side GHL experience. Experience training internal teams on CRM tools. Background in marketing automation, RevOps, or CRM administration more broadly (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) in addition to GHL.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 30-60 days: a completed audit with a clear action plan, and a reconfigured GHL instance that reflects our actual sales/operational workflows. Ongoing: clean, reliable data; automations that run without manual babysitting; and a system the rest of the team trusts and can rely on day to day.
