Arc Herkimer is looking for a dependable Maintenance PM Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and grounds while supporting our mission of empowering people with disabilities and enriching lives throughout our community.
Position Details

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (with flexibility)
• Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
• Location: 181 East State St Ilion NY

• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
• Report safety concerns and follow safety procedures
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal such as shoveling or snow blowing
• Complete required documentation and work collaboratively with staff

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
•  Basic knowledge of tools and techniques necessary to perform scheduled preventative maintenance of physical plant, property and equipment owned or operated by the agency.
• Arc Herkimer approvable driver’s license required.
