Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards
- Assemble orders with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards throughout each shift
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep workstations stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning tasks as assigned
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and appearance standards
- Assist with other duties as needed
