Bank - Administration Assistant

Location: New Hall Hospital, Salisbury

Hours: Bank - 0 hours

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Admin team at New Hall Hospital. You will delivering exceptional standards of administration support across the variety of departments within the Hospital.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a front facing or customer service role

  • Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, willing attitude

  • Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.

  • Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system (desired not required)

New Hall Hospital in Salisbury is a beautiful Grade II Listed Building with new modern Theatres, Day Surgery, Outpatients, Radiology, Physiotherapy and Inpatient Wards. What is a Bank Contract:

A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead, you work on an ad-hoc basis, filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals. A Bank contract is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, as it allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability, leaving you with a greater work-life balance. Bank contracts are also a fantastic way to secure additional income alongside other contracted work. Our Bank staff play a crucial role in maintaining service levels during peak times or staff shortages, ensuring that patient care remains uninterrupted.
