Role summary:The (USA) Director, Strategic Account Management will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance key client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to align business objectives with customer needs, ensuring long-term retention and success. The director will oversee account management initiatives, provide thought leadership, and guide teams in delivering innovative solutions. About the team:
The Strategic Account Management Team plays a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships both within Walmart Merchandising and with supplier subscribers. The team focuses on aligning business objectives through effective account management, customer success, and retention strategies. By leveraging expertise in revenue forecasting, decision making, and new product development, the team collaborates cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions. Leadership and thought leadership are central to guiding initiatives that enhance customer relationships and support the ongoing success of Walmart’s strategic partnerships.
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of experienced professionals, supporting their development, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring performance that reflects the standards of AM
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
