1\. Proven Leadership in Large‑Scale Projects

Successfully delivered multiple high‑investment projects, demonstrating strong capability in managing complex electrical infrastructure on schedule and within budget.

2\. Expertise in Cross‑Functional Technical Integration

Served as Technical Integration Lead, coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities. Effectively collaborates across departments and resolves system conflicts with efficiency.

3\. Comprehensive Electrical Engineering Knowledge

Possesses hands‑on experience across all voltage levels (ELV, LV, MV, HV), including high‑voltage systems up to 161 kV. This broad technical expertise enables confident oversight of entire facility electrical systems.

4\. Strong Leadership and Mentorship

Demonstrates the ability to lead teams, guide junior engineers, and cultivate a high‑performance work environment.

5\. International Standards and Regulatory Compliance

Well‑versed in IEC standards and local regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance throughout project execution.

6. This position requires AI capabilities or an AI-enabled work style. This will help support Micron's AI transformation.
