P4Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies. This position will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and communication strategies, overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of change initiatives. This position will develop and deliver high-quality communication materials to support change adoption and stakeholder engagement, crafting compelling narratives and calls-to-action for diverse audiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and communication strategies.
- Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of change initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or barriers to successful change implementation.
- Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials for change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Craft compelling narratives and calls-to-action for diverse audiences.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar for consistent publishing and diverse topics.
- Optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords and best practices.
- Enhance brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement within the enterprise.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and drive alignment.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among HR team members.
- Provide regular updates on change management activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
Work Experience:
3+ years relevant work experience with preferred experience in organizational change management encompassing the full change management lifecycle using standard methodologies and tools.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
Preferred Prosci, CCMP, APMG
Special Job Competencies:
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Preferred experience with visual communication tools, examples including Synthesia, Proze, Beekeeper, Articulate 360, Vimeo, Copilot and other AI systems, etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team members must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
