Dr. Susan Seman Solution is a busy, patient-focused aesthetic practice in West Bloomfield, MI. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Aesthetic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with front desk or receptionist experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medical office who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage appointment confirmations
• Process patient check-outs, payments, and point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain accurate patient records using Aesthetic Record EMR
• Assist with daily administrative tasks to support smooth clinic operations
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure an excellent patient experience

Qualifications

Required:

• 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Professional, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience working in a medspa, aesthetic clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical office
• Experience using Square POS
• Experience with Aesthetic Record EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Optional weekend shifts

After 6 months of employment:
