Our product imagery plays an essential role in communicating the quality, craftsmanship, color, and personality of the brand.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Photo Edito  to join our creative team and help maintain an exceptional visual standard across our e-commerce, marketing, editorial, and digital channels.This is a fully remote position for an experienced editor who combines exceptional technical ability with a strong understanding of fashion photography, color, fabric, skin, and commercial image-making.The RoleAs Senior Photo Editor, you will be responsible for taking professionally photographed fashion and product imagery and transforming it into polished, brand-right final assets.You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure every image meets a consistently high standard while preserving the authentic qualities of the garments, models, colors, textures, and materials.The ideal candidate has a highly developed eye for detail and understands that great retouching is often about knowing what not to change.Key ResponsibilitiesRetouch high-end fashion, apparel, e-commerce, lifestyle, and campaign photography.Perform advanced beauty, skin, hair, and complexion retouching while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.Clean and refine garments, including removing distractions, wrinkles, lint, stray threads, and other imperfections while preserving fabric texture and construction.Perform precise color correction and color matching to ensure products are represented accurately and consistently.Maintain accurate representation of garment colors, prints, patterns, textures, and materials across images.Execute advanced masking, compositing, background cleanup, and image manipulation when required.Prepare images for e-commerce, website, email, social media, advertising, print, and other marketing applications.Maintain consistency across large image sets and seasonal collections.Work from creative direction and brand guidelines while bringing strong independent judgment to the retouching process.Collaborate remotely with photographers, creative leadership, designers, marketing, and e-commerce teams.Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.Organize files, layers, versions, and final deliverables according to established workflows.Identify potential issues in photography or production imagery and recommend effective retouching solutions.Help establish and continuously improve retouching standards, workflows, and visual quality across the brand.Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and qualificationsQualifications6+ years of professional photo-editing experience.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and professional retouching workflows.Strong understanding of color correction, color management, masking, compositing, and image preparation.Exceptional knowledge of fashion and beauty retouching techniques.Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, texture, and how clothing should appear in finished imagery.Exceptional eye for detail, proportion, color, consistency, and visual quality.Ability to perform sophisticated retouching while keeping imagery natural and commercially believable.Experience working with high-resolution RAW files and professional photography workflows.Strong organizational and file-management skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage priorities without constant supervision.Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive, interpret, and implement creative feedback.Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects and changing priorities.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means our imagery consistently looks polished, premium, vibrant, authentic, and unmistakably pītusa.You have the technical expertise to solve complex retouching challenges, the artistic judgment to know when an image is finished, and the discipline to deliver consistently excellent work across an extensive range of products and campaigns.You are someone who notices the details others miss and understands how those details contribute to the overall quality of a fashion brand.
