About the Role

Responsible for creating data modelling tools to identify opportunities through insight from data

1, Create and deploy repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products, through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining techniques

2, Advocate and educate on the value of data driven decision making

Prepare data from different data sets for building predictive models and to communicate the results.

3, Develop AI and Machine learning solutions to optimize business performance

Role Requirement:

•Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Proven track record in generative AI research, with publications in top conferences.
• Hands-on experience with LLM model training, fine-tuning and deployment.
• Strong background in NLP, multimodal learning or reinforcement learning.
• Familiar with RAG frameworks, understand latest RAG techniques like Graph RAG, Agentic RAG, Cache Augmented Generation etc.
• Deep understanding on AI Agent architecture, able to design and develop MCP based AI Agent system.
• Proficiency in deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or pytorch.
• Strong programming skills in python, with experience in software development best practices.
• Experience with Cloud platform (Azure or Ali cloud) and containerization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to rackling complex challenges, able to quickly leverage
