  • Mentor and guide junior team members — sharing best practices and expertise to enhance team performance and contribute to the overall growth and effectiveness of the partner support organization.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 4–6 years of partner or channel support, sales support, or customer account support experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills — demonstrating professionalism and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management skills — with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills — with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities and a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners.
  • Exceptional ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and build consensus among stakeholders — with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, with up to 20% travel time required.
