Junior Mortgage Specialist

About the role

The Junior Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with banking partners and supporting mortgage business growth through effective partnership execution. The role focuses on bank coordination, lead referrals, partnership administration, performance monitoring, and execution of joint initiatives with partner banks.

What You Will Do

• Refer qualified mortgage leads to partner banks and monitor progress

• Monitor and report partnership performance including leads, referrals, approvals, disbursements, and revenue contribution

• Provide recommendations and solutions for non-standard mortgage cases.

• Regularly review and compare KPR products, interest rates, promotions, eligibility requirements, and bank policies to identify relevant options for customers and business needs.

• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with partner banks.

• Support partnership activities including PKS renewal, documentation, and administrative requirements

• Prepare partnership presentations and represent Pinhome in bank meetings, trainings, webinars, and KPR-related events

• Coordinate with internal teams to execute mortgage partnership initiatives

• Support launch and execution of bank campaigns, promotions, and joint marketing programs

• Maintain accurate partnership database and reporting

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field .

• 2–3 years of experience in Mortgage/ KPR, preferably from a bank, proptech, or related financial services company.

• Strong understanding of mortgage/KPR products, borrower eligibility, bank requirements, credit assessment, and mortgage processes.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance dashboards.

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
