Join Inspire as a Clinical Admin Support Volunteer and become a vital part of a team that supports people on their journey to change their lives for the better.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • As a Clinical Administrator Volunteer you will play a key role in supporting the Administration Team in various administrative roles including, supporting with the management of batch printing and processing prescriptions ready for issuing to the people we support.
  • You’ll liaise with local pharmacies, support with maintaining and updating local and central databases, ensuring all communication between staff, the people we support, and partner agencies runs smoothly, this includes answering calls and directing enquires.
  • You will be a valued member of the administration team and provided with training to carry out the role

  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has good IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
  • Is organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
  • Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Is friendly, approachable and non-judgmental.
  • Is comfortable engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Is willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
  • Is reliable and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Is passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in the community.
