What You'll Do
Depending on the opportunity, you may support the customer experience, sales and service process, shop workflow, team development, daily operations, or overall business performance within a AAA automotive repair facility.

Automotive Repair Manager

This role is ideal for experienced automotive leaders with strong business acumen, operational ownership, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
What AAA Offers
Competitive base compensation based on position level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Additional earning potential through monthly incentive pay, performance bonuses, spiffs, contests, or other incentive programs, depending on the position.
Full-time schedules, typically 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.

We are looking for customer-focused automotive professionals and leaders who can communicate effectively, support a fast-paced service operation, contribute to strong business results, and create a professional experience for our customers and team members.
Candidates should generally bring:
