We are seeking a Director of Network Services to lead our Infrastructure & Operations organization. In this executive leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure, network services, end-user support, cybersecurity collaboration, and technology operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of IT while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology services across the organization.
What You'll Do
As the Director of Network Services, you will:
✅ Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
✅ Lead enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, communications, backup, and data center operations.
✅ Oversee the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure an exceptional employee technology experience and consistent service delivery.
✅ Establish standards, governance, monitoring, disaster recovery capabilities, and operational procedures that drive reliability and resiliency.
✅ Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize investments, and deliver business value.
✅ Manage operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and infrastructure investments.
✅ Collaborate closely with cybersecurity leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns with enterprise security strategies and compliance requirements.
✅ Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on accountability, customer service, continuous learning, and innovation.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or
- Associate degree in Technology or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience involving strategy development, budgeting, organizational planning, and team management.
- Demonstrated success leading people, processes, and technology programs.
- Proven ability to create a vision, gain alignment, and deliver results.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading enterprise infrastructure and end-user support functions.
