Relevant education and/or work experience
Fluency in English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language), both written and spoken
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and turn opportunities into business growth

Solid commercial awareness and a proactive approach to customer engagement
The ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

What you'll be doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your account portfolio
Understand customer needs and provide commercial and technical guidance on our products and services
Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
Turn enquiries into opportunities through timely follow-up and relationship-building
Promote relevant campaigns, products, and solutions that create value for customers
Collaborate across teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently and deliver a seamless customer experience
Manage and follow up customer complaints and non-conformities through established improvement processes
Process high-value enquiries and orders while keeping customers informed throughout the delivery process
You will participate in the duty phone rotation approximately 3 to 4 days per month
