The LEGO Education US Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive CRM strategy, marketing technology governance, and operational excellence. This role partners cross-functionally to shape CRM roadmap initiatives, optimize marketing automation and lead management processes, and ensure effective campaign execution. The Marketing Operations Manager will also oversee reporting and analytics in partnership with our Insights & Analytics Team. They will manage agency and vendor relationships, and develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and performance across the US Marketing organization. 

Please Note:  

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position. 
  • This role is based out of our Boston HUB located at 1001 Boylston Street.
  • Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. 

Core Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as the US Marketing business owner for CRM roadmap inputs and marketing technology governance, partnering cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, document, and activate roadmap items. 

  • Lead the optimization, standardization, and governance of CRM and marketing operations processes across platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, email journeys, tracking and attribution, form management, QA, documentation, and operational best practices. 

  • Own and continuously improve lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing, territory alignment, compliance and consent management, SDR support, and troubleshooting. 

  • Partner with SDR Manager to build, QA, and optimize SDR follow-up journeys for active campaigns, ensuring the right audience, timing, routing, reporting logic, and stakeholder alignment are in place before launch. 

  • Ensure CRM data integrity, compliance, and governance standards are maintained across lead capture, consent management, reporting, and marketing operations processes. 

  • Own and enhance marketing reporting across pipeline, revenue, channel performance, funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, and other core marketing KPIs. 

  • Partner with Insights & Analytics and internal stakeholders to improve dashboards, data quality, source attribution, reporting requirements, and stakeholder access to actionable insights. 

  • Manage vendor and agency operations, including work intake, status meetings, ticket clarification, QA review, SOW support, PO and invoicing coordination, and timeline management. 

  • Lead recurring operating cadences with key stakeholders, including CRM roadmap check-ins, agency status meetings, SDR office hours, reporting touchpoints, web syncs, and campaign operations alignment conversations. 

  • Create clear documentation, enablement materials, and workflows that make it easier for US Marketing and partner teams to operate consistently.

You will play a critical role in helping LEGO Education bring programs to market with greater speed, quality, and confidence. You will ensure the team has the systems, processes, insights, and stakeholder alignment needed to generate demand, support sales, and help educators discover solutions that positively impact students across the US. 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred) and marketing automation systems, including building campaigns, journeys, audience segments, attribution, lead/contact/opportunity views, and QA and reporting processes. 

  • Strong understanding of lead management, sales development workflows, lead routing, MQL/SQL definitions, campaign attribution, and the marketing-to-sales handoff. 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain marketing reporting, dashboards, trackers, and performance narratives across pipeline, conversion rates, campaign performance, channel reporting, and SDR outcomes. 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to align partners around shared priorities. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with impeccable attention to detail. 

  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors. 

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. 

  • Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Asana, Content Stack, or similar tools is a plus. 

  • Preferred experience with and understanding of K-8 education.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
