Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery = Evenings

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse

• Location: Arlington Heights, IL

• Full time

• Hours: 10 - 8:30p OR 11a - 9:30p including call requirement (wkend, every 8th and holiday rotation)

 

What you will do:

Reporting to a Clinical Director or other designated manager, the Staff Nurse assumes responsibility for the complete nursing process in the delivery of patient care, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes from a patient's admission through discharge.  Revises plans of care as indicated.  These activities are accomplished through a multidisciplinary team approach as appropriate for his/her specialty of practice.  This job description was developed in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.

What you will need:

• Education:

  • Successful completion of an Associate’s degree, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.

• License/Certification:

  • IL RN License

  • CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association

• Experience:

  • 1 Year ICU or ER experience, preferred
