The opportunity
For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice (PD) we are looking for a candidate who will support the development of the planning & fulfillment processes, skills and tools with view to the metal works. You will follow the production process of the metalworks from the various suppliers, from the release phase to the final delivery at the factory, with particular attention to the factory's needs and quality.
How you'll make an impact
1. Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization). Identify key root causes for non-performance, and drive improvement initiatives across the Hub-Business Unit or Local BU/PG;
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues;
3. Implement expediting processes where necessary;
4. Support local Operations Planners Master Schedule Planner, Material planner and Operational Buyers with delivery date information;
5. Compile and send weekly/monthly reports to business leaders on suppliers performance;
6. Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Your background
- A master’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical or others);
- Good knowledge of Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2);
- Proactivity, organization, good attention to detail and strong communication skills with suppliers are required;
- Be able to work in cooperation with production;
- Good verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to various stakeholders.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
- Starting from: 800€ gross monthly
