The Senior Analyst, Program Management supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do...
The Senior Analyst, Program Management serves as a partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping translate business needs into actionable solutions and programs. This role works across cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that drive operational effectiveness, enhance associate experiences, and enable business objectives.
The Senior Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges, identify opportunities, assess impacts, and develop recommendations that support informed decision-making. They facilitate alignment across teams, coordinate program activities, manage dependencies and risks, and help ensure initiatives remain on track to deliver expected outcomes.
This role supports the development of business cases, project plans, governance materials, and executive communications. The Senior Analyst leverages data, stakeholder feedback, and business insights to evaluate opportunities, measure results, and drive continuous improvement. They support current-state assessments, gap analyses, value realization efforts, and ROI evaluations to inform priorities, investment decisions, and program direction.
Success in this role requires strong relationship management, business acumen, analytical thinking, a process-improvement mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, process improvement, HR technology, or a related area; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including coordinating activities, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting delivery outcomes.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions that balance business needs and technical considerations.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess impacts, facilitate decision-making, and support organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data, stakeholder input, and business context into actionable recommendations.
Experience conducting current-state assessments, gap analyses, opportunity evaluations, and feasibility assessments is an asset.
Experience supporting business case development, initiative prioritization, roadmap planning, and financial analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations, executive summaries, and materials for senior leadership audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience working within large, complex organizations and partnering across business and technology teams preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms is an asset.
Experience supporting retail, field operations, HR, People Technology, Payroll, Total Rewards, or large-scale business transformation initiatives is considered an asset.
L’échelle salariale pour ce poste est de 74,000.00 à 101,750.00. La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction de l’expérience pertinente.ㅤ
