We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. We offer flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service roles—ideal for clinicians seeking stability, supplemental income, or the ability to grow a caseload at their own pace.
Responsibilities
- Provide group therapy in-person once a week
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning when needed
- Potential for Individual and Family therapy
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care
Schedule & Compensation
Fee-for-Service: Competitive per-session rate, flexible hours, and administrative support.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- In-Person availability
- Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings preferred
