The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Enablement Manager to own how our GTM teams execute the later stages of the deal cycle and manage the full customer relationship—from delivering compelling demos and navigating pricing and negotiations to driving successful renewals, QBRs, upsell, and expansion conversations.
This is a highly visible role for an experienced GTM professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll bring first-hand customer-facing experience and a strong point of view on what drives effective deal execution and customer management. You’ll use that expertise to identify performance opportunities and build practical enablement programs that improve how Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success teams work with customers.
As a senior member of the Enablement team, you’ll partner closely with GTM leaders, use field and performance insights to prioritize enablement needs, and influence how we build skills across the organization. You’ll also bring an AI mindset to how you work, stay connected to our GTM technology and processes, and contribute to broader enablement priorities. Your approach will be practical and engaging, with an emphasis on live learning, role-play, peer practice, and coaching that teams can immediately put into action.
Responsibilities
Own enablement across critical deal and customer moments. Develop and drive enablement strategies for demos, pricing, and negotiation, helping Sales and Solution Consulting connect solutions to customer needs, communicate value clearly, and navigate complex conversations with confidence.
Strengthen customer lifecycle execution. Build enablement around mutual action plans and customer management that helps Sales and Customer Success maintain momentum, create accountability, and deliver a consistent experience across deals, renewals, and ongoing customer relationships.
Drive stronger renewals, QBRs, and expansion motions. Equip CSMs with the skills and practices to lead effective QBRs, surface meaningful account insights, identify growth opportunities, and confidently navigate renewal, upsell, and expansion conversations.
Use field insights to improve GTM performance. Partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders to analyze customer interactions and Gong calls, identify patterns across demos, negotiations, deal progression, and renewal risk, and translate those insights into targeted enablement and coaching.
Lead relevant, scalable product and GTM enablement. Keep product enablement current and accessible so Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success can accurately communicate our evolving capabilities, while helping teams effectively use our GTM technology stack, including Gong, Planhat, Showpad, Tableau, and Aligned.
Advance an AI-enabled approach to GTM. Bring curiosity and experimentation with AI into your own work, identify practical applications that improve GTM effectiveness, and help teams build the confidence and skills to incorporate AI into how they learn, prepare, sell, and support customers.
Influence the broader Enablement strategy. Partner with Enablement and GTM leadership on priorities across onboarding, continuous enablement, coaching, content, Revenue Kickoff, and other GTM programs, stepping in to lead high-impact initiatives and broader training needs as they emerge.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Enablement, or a similar GTM role, including meaningful customer-facing experience and a demonstrated track record of strong performance.
Hands-on experience with critical deal motions, including customer demos, negotiation, and pricing conversations, with the ability to turn first-hand experience into practical, scalable enablement.
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including mutual action plans, QBRs, renewals, upsell, and expansion motions, and what drives successful execution at each stage.
Demonstrated ability to identify performance needs and build enablement solutions, using customer interactions, field feedback, data, and business priorities to determine where enablement can have the greatest impact.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and content-development skills, with the ability to engage audiences from small coaching groups to large GTM events and create practical resources that teams use in their day-to-day work.
A practical AI mindset and strong technology fluency, with curiosity about emerging tools, comfort experimenting with new approaches, and familiarity with GTM systems such as Gong, Planhat, Showpad, Tableau, and Aligned.
Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Product, and Enablement stakeholders and independently drive high-impact initiatives.
Don’t meet every single requirement but excited about the role? We encourage you to apply. Research shows that some candidates are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the qualifications—but you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
