Job Descriptions:

  • Support agency recruitment through timely and accurate lodgment of RNF appointments on MASNET.

  • Collate newly approved RNF applications to inform stakeholders and also ensure records of newly appointed agents are updated on LifeAsia

  • Process incoming termination requests according to laid-down procedures, including ensuring timely cessation on MASNET and tracking of recovery items.

  • Process change of particulars submission for agents, including LifeAsia maintenance and updates to MAS

  • Manage team’s mailboxes to ensure timely response to requests and queries.

  • Prepare and/or verify periodic reports such as:

    • Weekly Tracking of COP updates via WDS 70

    • FCs’ Late Notification Report to Compliance

    • Liaison person with Distribution Risk Team on PSE Report

    • Checking PSE daily report to ensure all COP submissions are successfully synced

  • Provide support to team lead to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process automation, digitalization and/or system enhancements.

  • Provide business inputs and collaborate with key stakeholders on process improvement and automation projects, including putting up work requests and business requirements, as well as UAT testing

  • Confident in decision making and problem solving

  • Able to adapt to fast-paced and challenging work situations  

  • Meticulous with strong eye for details

  • Familiar with FAA and MAS regulations

Working Experience:

  • Relevant working experience preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
