Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics (Emplify Health, West Union, IA) is seeking a full-time RN, Care Coordinator to join our highly committed and dynamic Nursing team as we provide excellent quality care to patients of all ages in a hospital setting.

What's Available:

• Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
• Starting pay of $35.52/hr and up, based on your years of experience.
• Generous benefit package.

What You'll Need: 

• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Iowa.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
• Prior care coordinator, utilization review, and/or case management experience required.
