Team Member - Afternoon Shift

Looking for a few hours that fit around school, family, or other life commitments? Our afternoon shifts are designed to be flexible and work with your schedule. Front of House and Back of House shifts available.

Schedule: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm preferred; other 3+ hour shifts available as well

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve craveable food that meets Chick-fil-A quality and food safety standards
• Support fast and accurate service by keeping your area stocked, prepared, and ready
• Maintain a welcoming environment that is clean and safe for guests and the team
• Offer genuine hospitality and greet guests with a smile and genuine eye contact, creating meaningful connections
• Complete other tasks relating to guest service, operations, and cleanliness as assigned

Requirements for the role:

• Be willing and able to work 3–5 days per week
• Be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
• Be able to lift and carry 10–65 lbs on a regular basis

Afternoon Team Members must have the following characteristics:

• A positive attitude and a passion for serving others
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
