Lead Business Execution Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Credit Content Strategy & Development

• Serve as the primary content consultant for Business Banking credit and lending initiatives.
• Partner with credit subject matter experts to develop readiness strategies and supporting content.
• Create and maintain learning resources, job aids, leader playbooks, process guides, FAQs, presentations, and reference materials.
• Ensure content reflects current credit policies, procedures, regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements, and business objectives.
• Translate complex credit concepts into simple, actionable guidance for bankers and leaders.

Initiative Enablement & Readiness

• Lead content workstreams for large-scale credit initiatives, system enhancements, and process changes.
• Assess impacts to frontline bankers, leaders, and support teams.
• Develop integrated readiness plans utilizing content, communications, training, and support resources.
• Coordinate with key partners to ensure readiness deliverables are completed on time and aligned with implementation plans.
• Support change management efforts by identifying adoption risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Build strong partnerships with Credit, Lending Strategy, Underwriting, Risk, Academy, Operations, and Product partners.
• Facilitate content reviews and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Consult with business partners to identify readiness gaps and recommend solutions.
• Represent the Resource & Content Development team on credit-focused initiatives and governance discussions.

Content Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain content in accordance with established content development and maintenance controls, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Gather field, key stakeholder feedback, and performance insights to improve content and increase measurable engagement and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline content assets, reduce duplication, and improve banker experience.
• Contribute to team processes, content standards, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending, Credit, Underwriting, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Business Banking lending products, including: Business Lines of Credit, Practice Finance, Commercial Real Estate, SBA Loans, Asset Secured Lending, Working Capital Solutions
• Experience with nCino or other lending platforms.
• Knowledge of Wells Fargo credit policy and risk management frameworks.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with business credit products and lending processes.
• Strong understanding of commercial or business banking credit concepts, credit risk, underwriting, and loan origination practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding written communication and content development skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, experience with executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business groups and leadership levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
