IT Support Agent

Duties:

• Provide technical support for on-site and remote users via ticketing systems, emails, phone calls, etc. in a timely manner.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Install, provision, upgrade, and repair workstations, laptops, and other IT devices and equipment.

• Onboarding and offboarding users and accounts.
• Testing new technology.
• Ensures software license compliance.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• Helps coordinating the IT project implementation.
• Creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, instructions, and knowledgebase.
• Compiles and validates reports as requested.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• You have experience working in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• You have strong database skills and are detail oriented.
• You have excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Windows, Office, SQL, and Networking.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You can interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• You can work independently with minimum supervision.
• You have excellent judgment and can prioritize assignments.

The wage for this role will be between $24-25/hour.
