The engineer supports operations across compute, network, storage, security, and automation domains, while also overseeing the rollout of patches and coordinating release management schedules to maintain system stability and performance.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DCS Lead to lead and manage enterprise infrastructure services across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Windows & Linux Administration, Databases, Storage, Backup & Recovery, and DevOps platforms such as GitHub and Azure DevOps. The role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, automation, cloud adoption, infrastructure transformation, and service reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Operations & Leadership
- Lead enterprise infrastructure operations and service delivery.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure services.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and major outages.
- Drive operational improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization.
- Manage infrastructure capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Lead technical teams and coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Own the preparation of the DCS deck and drive stakeholder discussions.

- Drive Jira work management and resource forecasting to ensure effective project execution and optimal team utilization.

- Collaborate closely with Windows, Linux, Storage, and Database teams, providing architectural guidance, technical expertise, and operational support

- Manage and support source code repositories using GitHub.
- Administer Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, and build/release processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Collaborate with application and DevOps teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments.
- Maintain branch strategies, code security policies, and repository governance.
- Support configuration management and version control best practices.

- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues across compute, network, and storage components.
- Familiarity with patch management and release deployment processes in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
