Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor located in Pflugerville TX.
Report to the Operations Manager. The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving and transportation materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:15pm Mon-Fri
What a typical day looks like:
Oversee the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure operational excellence.
Utilize strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills to support team success.
Provide exceptional client and stakeholder support through effective communication and problem resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure ownership of processes from start to finish.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming products before stocking or distribution.
Manage exceptions, including damaged freight, returns, shortages, and misrouted shipments.
Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of materials experience using (MRP) systems ie: Oracle
3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory Position
Experience in transportation
Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
